About Our Care Givers

Progress utilizes all resources available to insure that the safest employees are hired to provide services to clients.  Progress goes above and beyond all State regulations for criminal background investigation.  All applicants have their prior employment history thoroughly screened to make sure the best people possible are hired.  Progress makes every effort to meet or exceed all State of TN Department of Health and Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities requirements for employee qualifications and training.  All employees maintain appropriate training to the specific needs of each client served, including CPR and First Aid.
