Possibilities

Founded in 1971, Progress Inc. has been providing services to adults with intellectual disabilities and seniors in Middle Tennessee for over 50 years. Join us as we work towards independence and inclusivity for all.

We help our neighbors through several programs:

Residential Services - enabling independence through live-in and/or hourly staff in the home to help with transportation, meals, medication administration and companionship.

Employment Services - employment training and job coaching to help make dreams reality.

Community-Based Day Program - creative and fun activities in the community to encourage connection and experience

Senior Services - non-medical in-home care for seniors including transportation, meal preparation, laundry, errands, light housekeeping and more.

Smart Art + Craft Supplies - Our arts & crafts thrift store selling donated materials while employing people with disabilities. Think Michael’s meets Goodwill.
