MAPs (Medicaid Alternative Pathways to Independence)

https://www.tn.gov/didd/for-consumers/maps

What is MAPs? According to the TN Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, MAPs is "a program that will set people with intellectual and developmental disabilities on a path to learn skills to help them work, live independently, learn about their neighborhoods, and find hobbies that interest them. MAPs service give people in the program the tools, technology, and support they need to meet the goal they set for themselves."

Progress is committed to the increased use of technology to support increased independence, and is a MAPs partner. We are in the early stages of the phased rollout managed by TN DIDD, and look forward to providing MAPs services to individuals with disabilities in Middle Tennessee.
