Taking Care of Business

Complimentary donut delivery for local businesses

Progress Taking Care of Business Ambassadors deliver donuts to The Crichton Group

Taking Care of Business provides pre-vocational training for people with disabilities. The program aims to provide exposure to many different types of businesses to people who are interested in learning to work, while encouraging local businesses to interact with and consider candidates with disabilities for roles within their companies. Taking Care of Business helps people with disabilities practice communication skills like introducing themselves, shaking hands, making eye contact and meeting new people. To arrange a complimentary delivery of one dozen donuts from our Taking Care of Business Ambassadors, complete the form below.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will the delivery occur?
Deliveries take place Wednesdays between 9:30 and 1:00. We will schedule a delivery time that is convenient with you, in advance.

Who should receive the delivery?
We encourage as many staff to be present to receive the delivery as you'd like. Our delivery Ambassadors will introduce themselves, give the donuts to you, and present a special Taking Care of Business certificate. The more people present always makes the delivery more fun, and we like to take photos of the event.

How much does a delivery cost?
There is no charge to receive a Taking Care of Business delivery. We encourage you to share a photo on social media if possible, and tag Progress (Facebook: @ProgressNashville, Twitter: @ProgressNash), in order to help us spread the word about the program. We are always looking for new places to deliver, and community awareness is a big help to our mission.
